This was the third and most comprehensive version of network design standards produced for Lycos during my tenure. As the person responsible for the vision of Lycos network design, I led the standards documentation process with individuals from our User Experience group and other designers within the company. I also had the privilege of working as a liason with Terra’s design teams from Spain, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil to bring our design standards together to create a global specification.

The Style Guide documents a huge number of standards affecting the entire Lycos network, including grid systems, architecture, page structure, headers, footers, navigation, typography, iconography, buttons, color usage, cobranding, and advertising.
